What is Holistic Therapy?

general sense of well-being.

achieving a sense of well-being. The feet are a mirror image of the
whole body. Pressure is applied to certain points relating to organs of
the body, opening up blocked energies which release endorphins and
hormones to regulate different conditions which can be brought on by
stressful situations. This therapy does not offer a cure, but can
allows the body to naturally heal itself.

This
process allows the therapist, through certain movements, stretches and
exercises to ease the pelvis back into place. This can help early
stages of hernia, spinal alignment, menstrual problems and
infertility. When the pelvis is out of line the whole muscular
skeletal system plus internal organs can be out of "true", causing
normal bodily functions to be inhibited, slowing down some energies in
the body and forcing others to overwork. there is instant relief in
this process but continuation of exercises is essential.
