REMEMBER communication is a two-way thing so TALK TO THEM - silently!
1. Why do we start with prayer? Protection
2. Why and how must we talk to spirit? Communications are for feed back.
3. What is the function of a ‘door keeper’? To stay with us for all our earthly lives
4. What is a guide or a helper? A teacher for a period of time
5. How long are they with us? As long as needed…
6. Do helpers have need too? Yes.
7. What are they? Their own progression
8. Spiritually speaking, why do your needs and spirit peoples needs to be the same?
9. Rule one PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
10. Rule two PROTECT YOURSELF
11. Rule three THE RIGHT WAY IS YOUR WAY
12. Rule four FIND YOUR OWN WAYS AND METHODS
13. Rule five LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE…
14. Name ways making yourself and your life as clean as possible .....Good diet and exercise.
15. Thoughts need to be Clean, no anger!
16. Methods of communicating we adjust the brain from Active to … passive
17. Meditating means that you have cut out White noise / background sounds
18. Why is this so important? Because we cannot see or hear Spirit if we don’t.
19. Name the ‘Clair’ senses here…………..
20. Name other forms of reply from Spirit here … .shapes – smoke – light – dark – colours etc..
21. Physical experiences might be; coldness pins and needles cobwebs Goosebumps Nearness of a spirit person etc…
22. Other symbols that might be used .. pictures - memories – books you’ve read – films – music – songs
23. Rhythmic breathing is slower / faster ? slower
24. We use this because ... It changes the brain waves to receptive
25. When should we practice this? Each evening at home or when it is needed.
26. Reactions of the self. Physical emotional / mental spiritually.
