FIRST HALF: THE TALK: MORNING CLASS

This seminar is designed to establish the best method of communication with your spirit guides and helpers. Please, do not think that if today nothing seems to ‘happen’ that you are doing anything wrong - THIS IS NOT SO.
HANDOUTS - fill in the spaces in your own words to aid your memory - this is not a test!
Because for each individual the method of mediumship will always be different
It is quite likely that you will be far more successful when you practice in your own environment rather than here where circumstances are very artificial OK?
Today we are going to first - practice altering our own brain waves – next comes a guided visualisation and meditation – lastly we will use the quiet time to allow spirit to show us what they will

It is more usual that you will go away and try in your own environment and be far more successful that here in the artificial circumstances, ok? This is what the handouts are for, to use at home, so please fill them in for your own use.
PRINCIPLES [SEE THE HYMNBOOK] Going through this is basic teaching practice]

1. What is prayer for? Protection and thanks why do we start and finish with prayer?
2. It is important we understand that communication is a two-way thing. Please note, YOU MUST TALK TO SPIRIT … silently inside your head, and say what you are receiving from them either by ‘seeing’ or ‘hearing’ etc because they need feedback from you, this is important, remember communication is a two way thing so silently ANSWER THEM.
How do we start? I would describe the first moves that I made like this, by saying that I talked to myself, and then another person who seemed to be listening
3. Your doorkeeper who is a special friend s/he stays with you throughout your whole earthly incarnation. Another name for a doorkeeper is a guardian angel.
A guide is a teacher whose function is to assist in a period of your life when a particular purpose is in hand.
A helper is an assistant to both the guide and yourself, and whose function is to add strength to the energies needed at any given time and they need to learn too!
4. A guide is….a helper stays for….
5. They stay with us for the phase they are needed –
6 & 7. They need us for their own progression in order to serve others, as we must do to progress, this is why we must be compatible.
8. Think about your own NEEDS Spirits are the same [spiritually speaking!]
Stella’s own Rules
Number one. Personal responsibility. This means that you are in charge and must always talk to your spirit friends, how will they know what you are thinking if you don’t? [They do not come into your thoughts unless you want them to] – and make sure that all is going at the speed you wish. For example - No being woken up in the middle of the night for them to have a chat! Be firm and tell them to talk in ‘normal’ hours!
2. A prayer to begin and at the end, this is in order to protect. Any body know why? Foolish spirits are about…!
3. the right way is your way. The only way that is right for you is if it seems to be comfortable.
4 Find you own methods through meditation and visualisation, the one you find together with spirit helpers at the beginning is the one that they will use in future, but they will evolve/improve over time.
5 remember - like attracts like ---If you are in the wrong frame of mind the wrong things will happen. Explanation here of why clean living in body and mind is so important. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU THINK NEGATIVE ALL THE TIME? Like is attracted to like!
6 CLEAN THOUGHTS AND DEEDS
7. ADJUSTING THE BRAIN WAVES Meditate adjusting the brain waves for all methods we need to get the brain waves in the best rhythm, i.e. Changing the thought patterns from active to passive. We do this by what is called meditating. Questions to do with meditation are usually about not being able to make the mind a blank; this is not necessary, [and is not possible unless you are ‘dead’!]
8. The meditative state means that we have cut out the ‘white noise’ of daily living, the ‘interference’ which distracts us all, and so we are able to hear [or see, whatever,] and that is why it is so important.
9 We need to do this because the ‘clairs ‘ won’t develop if we don’t!
10 Use the ‘clairs’ now here is where we all might choose differently - physical or spiritual sensations
These are the tools we might use [name the senses here]
ANSWERS:
1. Seeing - Clairvoyance
2. Hearing - clairaudience
3. Feeling [emotions] clairsentience
4. Sensing [is knowing information] essence BUT THERE IS ALSO :
5. Smelling
6. Taste
7. Touch
11. The replying - spirit people might use all or some of the above senses or visual symbols might be used [symbols discussion here.] Forms of seeing on the inner eye might be ...
‘Smoke’ shapes, or Light and dark shapes, Blocks of colours used as symbols in just ‘lumps’. Or any others?
Symbolic metaphor, [an Aaron lily means the name to give might be Aaron or Lilly] Or memories of experiences e.g. A situation where something happened, to you the medium, and so is an experience/event spirit are wishing to be recalled to the receiveer.
Some personal experiences to notice while the meditation is progressing; coldness around the feet, ‘cobwebs’ across the face, someone physically very close. Some other methods of communicating through the ‘clairs’ might be ….. answer here....
Meditation preparation
1. Rhythmic breathing is individual to your own usual rate of breaths in a minute, what is needed is to slow down a little, without any discomfort at all, slowly over time. This is to bring about a pleasant, relaxed mood, calming in the mind from the constant vibration of thought, a pouring of oil on the troubled sea of life, and a more abstracted mental condition. As you practice this exercise [twice a day is good morning and evening] you will gradually find that by concentrating your attention upon this slower breathing rhythm, blending your mind with it, submerging all other thoughts into watching it, you will become
2. Changes blood content and helps transform the brain waves into a into a more calm, relaxed and harmonious person. Practicing this when stressed, or each evening before sleep.
3. REACTIONS OF THE SELF: PHYSICAL - MENTAL – EMOTIONAL heightened stimulation of the senses – emotional -jealousy – sexual.

SHORT VISUALISATION being directed – REMEMBER -
POINT ONE IMPORTANT We Must Send Out Love To Our Helpers This Is How They Come Into Our Auras To Help Us, On This Vibration –
POINT TWO We are not going to rush the questions – we are not going to mentally ‘wander off’ while being directed by the speaker because the object is deliberate stimulation of the senses whilst walking through a set pattern of actions. This is an exercise in self-discipline.
Preparation explaining what will be said throughout the exercise
1. Touch fingers to establish contact, why do we need this? Loving friendship! [Note this is why we do not form circles with incompatable people!]
2. Breathing practice
3. Being aware of the self centre Tan-Tien
4. Expanding out to the aura into the next persons aura
5. Building up the energies to fill the room
6. BREATHING IN THIS ENERGY.
7. The silver screen and waiting for the projectionist to get sorted…and what to be expected… talk about breath….
8. Reversing out of the ditto into the self.
