Breath OUT …the Dirty, Grey, Dust, and, Dirt, of the day …
Counting 1 - 2 - 3 keep going…
…in the golden light
…out the dirt and dust…………….
Do this for a few minutes at first till all are used to the method.

Ex 3 Be aware of your inner eyes-lids … You are watching a cinema screen – waiting for the film to begin …… PAUSE
Watch the cinema screen - and wait for spirit will start the film, PAUSE

Ex 4 Listen for the guide or helper behind you … wait for them to make a sound. PAUSE
Can you smell something just now? ……. ……. PAUSE
Can you taste something? …… ……. PAUSE
Become aware of your skin…what can you sense? … Movement – Cold - Heat? ……..PAUSE
Feeling inside the gentle inner knowledge. This is the ‘knowing in the essence’ of the self that our inner God centre of love is accepted by spirit and joining us with them. … PAUSE.
LEAVE TIME HERE FOR RECEIVING THE SPIRITUAL
Become aware again of the doh-nut shape of all our Auras …. …. …. PAUSE
Separate from our friends on each side… … …. … …….. PAUSE
Withdraw the energy back into the aura’s shell… …. … …….. … PAUSE
Smaller and smaller as the aura hardens to protect the self from the outside world ......... PAUSE
Become aware of the seat beneath you – your feet on the floor … …. … …….. …. PAUSE
Gradually move about and regain the circulation of the hands and feet‿….. …. ......PAUSE
Open your eyes so we can see you all have returned! Have a drink of water if you fell the need.
