Problem – A Block with Clairvoyance
The “I can’t see anything and have tried for years�? is a common heart felt cry. In other words … “I have a blockage and can’t seem to get through it�?.
One example: Clairvoyance is ‘just not coming’. Quote from a student, “I can’t see a thing!�?
Try this: Alter your philosophy on the subject of ‘problems’ and ‘blockages’, by using a different method to achieve your objective. Try another route. A note here: all this is not going to be quick and easy, BUT ... it will be slow and easier with repetition!
Don't try to solve a problem by ‘going through it’. This seeing it as an obstacle, this is not the only way to progress. We all have things that are a part of our personality and thinking that they are ‘wrong’ or ‘causing a problem’ is totally unproductive.
The methods below are giving the brain and the body a job to do and you can’t miss out bits in your impatience, so if impatience is a factor be sure you are in the right frame of mind. In fact put yourself in the right mindset, this is over coming the self-factor, motives need to be sorted out first.
First steps are forgetting the self. I know that telling you to concentrate is easier said than done, so this is how you can do it – with practice. [And if you fidget in the circle meeting for example, then you are still self-conscious.]
FIRST get the Physical sorted.
Here are the physical relaxation things to practice at home by yourself so when the circle is starting you are prepared, and can ‘click’ into the good state for not fidgeting.
This exercise is for relaxation in any circumstances and I have used it under stress and found it very handy. A) it gives the brain a job to do, and b) it gives the muscles what they need to settle down into a non-active state, i.e. blood.
Sit in a comfortable chair, not too sort and fairly upright so your back is supported and pins and needles are not a factor, i.e. no pressure on the back of the legs. This is important if you are smaller or bigger than average for a chair.
We are going to start at the lowest point so that the blood will be activated in a certain order. Moving the blood with minimum muscle movement is done by squeezing them – tighten and release three times – start with the toes, work the way up to the top of the head in a definite pattern as follows.
Toes 3 times then…
“ and calves together 3 times
“ “ " plus thighs “
“ “ “ " add buttocks “
“ “ “ “ " add stomach “
See the pattern here?
Do all of the above squeeze together and carry on to the ….
Fingers 3 times
“ add lower arms ditto
“ “ “ add upper arms [squeeze into the body]
“ “ “ “ “ add neck … head … RELEASE.
The gradual progression from feet to head is the objective. By this time you will be relaxed because the blood is now flushed through the system and no nerves are going to make you jump. It’s also a practice in concentration so don’t try to rush it all.
THE SECOND STEP also needs concentration this I found difficult and only got a little way along at first – then with practice a lot further each time.
It’s the mental aspect, you need to ask for the help of a person in the spirit world that you know would want to help, a friend, guide, relation, anyone you know. So ask. So many people forget this simple thing; they are not going to say “No!�? Believe me when I say that anyone here in the physical who is willing to act as a helper to the spirit world, no matter how little you may think this is going to be, is grasped with open arms in gratitude.
We are going to start to build up a picture of the person in the spirit world that you know loves you the most, pick the best one, this is so that you are comfortable with them.
You can put a chair in front of you for a practical object to visualise, either keep your eyes closed or open whichever is best for you…then…. begin …
Male or female? Start at the feet – remember what shoes would they be the most likely wearing to visit you.
Visualise them there sitting in the chair opposite – only the shoes, take time, would they be plain or fancy? You know what that person liked most.
Next the legs, trousers or skirt? Thick fabric or thin? Bright colour or subdued?
Then the upper body blouse? Shirt? Jumper or waistcoat? Hand knitted or tailored?
Watch? or other jewellery, earrings, glasses?
Hair, long short, groomed or unkempt?
Etc etc etc … you see what we are doing here don’t you?
All material things no matter what, start in the etheric, we all were built from an etheric template, pattern, you are making a pattern for the spirit person that you know exists in that world so they can come and be with you.
This is building up something that you know quite well, a person in this instance, and using it as a starting point for holding your concentration in the etheric world.
[Try this with a rose bud and watch it open in flower. I found the slowing down of the blossom's opening very hard at first, I was used to the quick pace of life in the work place!]
This method is what the medium uses on the platform, i.e. holds what they know is there and waits for it to give information to them.
Information is the next step.
Gradually by stages this person you have ‘made’ is going to move and speak - and if you are like me - you will find that the concentration will break off quite soon at first, and so you try again.
