Answer: A report commissioned by the Archbishops of the Church of England and was printed n its entirety in "Psychic News" in 1937 and with the co-operation of the Press Association extracts from it appeared in newspapers all over the world.

It was only made public and printed due the brave person who leaked it! Otherwise it would have been kept unpublished by those in authority at the time, we presume because it was favorable, and this was not what they wanted to hear!
