How do we do this?

By using our own spiritual 'instincts' so that we can develop and expand, even as they are doing; the path of progression is a fruitful one, but only if we are open to allowing our families and others to help us all grow.

As a mother and a teacher I have found that all children teach us too, it is a two way street, this learning thing.

When I asked, [one day feeling a bit blue] "Did I make a half good job of being a Mum?" My daughter replied "Mum, we are proud of you!"... That wasn't the question, however, I took it as a complement...!

Spiritual Healing is for all the levels, and often when we are in the middle of our problems we do not know where those problems originate. For the healers in the spirit world that is no difficulty, they heal on all of the layers of our being, they treat whatever is needed, we only have to ask.

Spiritual Healing works, or quite simply babies and animals would not be healed - and they are!

LOVE is the Key to Healing All - and I do mean all of whatever is wrong anywhere and on any level, simply because love is right harmony, and anything else is not.

When you come into a healing sanctuary you will notice there is a quiet atmosphere, this is because the healer needs to concentrate on the job at hand. No, the healer is not actually healing the patient, s/he is passing on the healing energies from the spirit world.

The word psychic (pronounced sai-kik ) from the Greek psychikos "of the soul, mental" refers to the ability to perceive things hidden from the normal senses through what is described as extra-sensory perception, or to those people said to have such abilities.

It is also used to refer to theatrical performers who use techniques such as prestidigitation [Sleight of hand, also known as prestidigitation ("quick fingers") or léger de main (from the French for "lightness of hand"), is the set …] and cold reading to produce the appearance of such abilities. It has also been used to describe the belief of the ability of the mind to influence the world physically and telekinetic powers some claim to demonstrate, such as Uri Geller.

Psychics appear regularly in fiction and science fiction, such as the The Dead Zone by Stephen King, or Jean Grey from the Marvel comic book universe and Star Wars.

A large industry exists where psychics provide advice and counsel to clients, though skeptics attribute such putative powers to intentional trickery or self-delusion. Some famous contemporary psychics include Miss Cleo, Sylvia Browne and John Edward.

Thought Field Therapy is using the Human Energy Field [HEF] to be rid of emotional distress. Phychics use the HEF to 'pick up' the same energies and interpret them. The problems start with 'interpretation'...

So why it is that when a so-called non-professional psychic uses this energy and a doctor uses it, are the two things different?

Interestingly the HEF is measurable with 'scientific' instruments!

The energies that suround and penetrate the patient are registered through the Chakras - the healer may use these to watch and/or assist the spirit healers at work.

Thought Field Therapy [TFT] is using our human energy field to banish the unwanted blockages through 'tapping' the acupuncture points.

 This section is made up of various poems, some of which were written by myself, some by my husband Don many years ago. Yet more came from friends who have sent them to me when they have been moved.

I have added the opening and closing prayers for you that are non-denominational, because a church member commented the other day that it was nice to hear prayers that addressed God in different ways. It’s not that we think God needs His attention drawing to the fact that one is speaking – its just respect, as one would be talking to a friend.

'The Angel' is a poem about how physical life and death are such a short distance apart.

"A Conversation" is from the friends Jim and Lis in Australia.

Audrey Hepburn's Poem is very moving. Happy or thoughtful - they make you think!
